Overloaded with some wonderful berries last week, I made some strawberry and blueberry yogurt tiers. Perfect for a mid-morning snack or a light dessert, these delicately sweetened yogurts are also good for you.
Ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
3/4 cup strawberries, chopped
1 tbsp honey
8-10 mint leaves
Method:
- Blend together the blueberries, half a cup yogurt, half the tablespoon honey.
- Divide equally and pour into serving bowls.
- Now blend together the strawberries, honey, mint, and Greek yogurt.
- Layer onto the blueberry yogurt.
- Chill and serve.

love flavoured yogurt!! so yummy!!
ReplyDeleteI have plenty of yogurt in my fridge.. will try this..
ReplyDeleteI also like fruity yoghurts too. But like you I too think they are full of added sugar and other preservatives which are not healthy at all. Greek yoghurt is the best to make your own fruity yoghurt. I also love pears and bananas so I use them every time I get the chance. Thanks for the recipe.
