Ingredients:
1/3 pack Linguine
11/2 cups pasta sauce
1 large onion, chopped
2 carrots, cubed
6-8 cloves garlic, chopped
Kirkland No Salt seasoning (or seasoning of choice)
3 slices American cheese
1 tbsp cooking oil
Method:
- Boil the Linguine per packet instructions.
- Drain, wash in cold water, and set aside.
- Heat oil in a large pan, add the onion and garlic and sauté till onion is just translucent.
- Add the carrots, the pasta sauce, and the seasoning.
- Add a half cup water, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the Linguine, and stir well to coat it with the pasta sauce.
- Turn off the heat, serve into bowls, and place a cheese slice on top.
- Eat and enjoy!
Good to Know
- This recipe serves three. You can adjust servings as per your requirements.
- For a vegan version, use vegan cheese slice.
- For a gluten free version, use brown rice or quinoa noodles.
