Healing Foods Pomegranate: The Roundup

Last month I was the guest host to a food blogging event series called Healing Foods. This series has been created by Siri @ Siri's Corner. I chose Pomegranate as it is a much loved fruit, has great healing properties, tastes great, and can be used in a multitude of ways. This is a roundup of the entries I received for the month-long event. The entries are arranged as I received them!

Muskaan from A2Z Vegetarian Cuisine included pomegranate in her Easy Veggie Multigrain Wraps. Muskaan says these wraps are both filling and delicious. They look the perfect treat for a summer picnic.

Siri & Shri of Annaya Rasa blog have sent in a Pomegranate Granita - another great entry for you to enjoy in the hot summer months!!
Joanne from Eats Well With Others sent in these luscious POM Velvet Cupcakes with Pomegranate Cream Cheese Frosting this event. They look so yummy that I can't wait to try one of them.

Denny writes @ Oh Taste n See. Pomgranita is Denny's entry for Healing Foods this May. Made with Pom, Orange, and lemon juice, this granita looks very inviting.

Kiran @ Samudra sent in two mouthwatering entries. The first is Pear & Pom Whole Wheat Cake and the second is Pom and Agave Whole Wheat Cake. What a treat - two cakes with pomegranate!!

Suma from Veggieplatter made a cooling Pomegranate - Cucumber Raita - a delicious and colourful treat.

A big thanks to all contributors for sharing these delicious pomegranate treats with us. Keep blogging great food:)
